When I first started looking into alternative medicine it was an exciting time full of new experiences and possibilities. Now that that I know it works I am hooked for life. There is no better feeling than being able to take care of your health on your own in a natural way. To live preventatively is so much easier than to try and reverse an ailment.
We all have things that come up from time to time. An achy back or spring allergies, something is bound to pop up at some point and when it does you need someone you can go to. Alternative medicine practitioners offer a wide range of healing modalities from bodywork to reiki to acupuncture. Here are my recommendations and in my opinion the best in their fields.

Kara is one of the most gifted healers I have ever met. Going to her for bodywork is an experience for all of the senses and you will receive so much more than what you pay for. First off, she really listens so tell her not only about what is going on in your body but also in your life. She takes that information and her acute intuition and chooses specific healing modalities that will best apply to your unique situation. Your body will feel amazing and you will find deep personal inspiration after a visit with Kara. This is a very personalized and special experience.
