You work hard, you try to make healthy decisions, well…. most of the time. The healthy diet you’re on isn’t resulting in weight loss, you’re trying to exercise but there’s just no time, you’ve tried everything but you’re just spinning your wheels. If full on burn out hasn’t arrived yet it’s definitely on the horizon.

You long for the day when you can take a step back, look at your more balanced life and breath a sigh of relief.

But does this idea of having your life in perfect balance really exist?

Or is it actually unattainable?

If you have found your passion and you love the work you do I applaud you. Sometimes working long hours is easy to do because of this passion. Putting in 110% is admirable but not when it’s at the expense of your health.

One thing we know for sure in this world is that the only constant is change. This juggling act we call balance is actually a day to day, moment to moment check in that’s called self-awareness.

That’s where I come in.

As your coach I will help you look at your life with new eyes. So that you can stop chasing this dream called balance and instead get better at the art of living well.

As both a health coach and a chef I have the unique skill of knowing how to integrate food and wellness. Together we will pinpoint where your problem areas lie, how to create healthy new habits and create a personalized diet that works for both you and your schedule.

You’ll receive my undivided attention in our one on one sessions, fun coaching tools and detailed follow up emails to help keep you on track.

The knowledge you will gain and the healthy habits you will build during your program will last a lifetime.
